I BOUGHT YOUR PRINTABLE ARTWORK. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Your files will be delivered to your e-mail address shortly after your purchase. Download them and then print them at home or at your local print shop, or have them printed online. Please keep in mind – a quality matte paper will often hold finer detail than a glossy paper. If you have any questions or problems, don’t hesitate to contact me – firstname.lastname@example.org.
WHY DO YOU OFFER ONLY DIGITAL PRINTS?
Here at Kubem Studio, we strongly support local printing instead of far distance shipping. In order to keep the eco-friendly approach, artworks are available as printables, instantly accessible digital files.
CAN I GET MY FILES IN OTHER SIZES?
All prints are available in any size. Just send me a message with your required size and I will be happy to help you!
WHAT KIND OF LICENCE DO YOU OFFER?
Personal Use – You are able to use Kubem’s artwork for your personal projects as often as you like. Usage includes posters, packaging and stationery design that is not for resale.
Commercial Use – This allows for you to sell up to 500 units per product. All rights, title, interest, copyrights and intellectual rights are retained by Kubem Studio.
Extended Licenses – Extended License gives you unlimited sales to any of Kubem designs.
Exclusive License – Please contact me for more details email@example.com.
WHAT KIND OF SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?
Kubem design can be found on various product categories. The files are available in AI, EPS, PDF, PNG, and JPG format. As an illustrator who primarily works digitally, all graphic design projects are thrilling to me. If you’d like to collaborate, don’t shy away from asking questions!
DO YOU HANDLE PRINTING AS WELL?
No, but I will be happy to guide you through the process of printing, or to submit prepared files to an online print platform.

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
The Client shall pay all invoices within 30 days of their receipt.
*25% Deposit down payment before any work starts.
If a commission is canceled by the Client, the Client shall pay a cancellation fee as follows:
*25% of the agreed fee if the commission is canceled before delivery of roughs
*33% of the agreed fee if the commission is canceled at the rough stage
*100% of the agreed fee if the commission is canceled on the delivery of artwork
ARE YOU AVAILABLE FOR COMMISSIONS AND COLLABORATIONS BY MAGAZINES AND COMPANIES?

Our products are currently delivered by Internet download only. After your purchase has been approved we will process your order. Orders are typically processed within one (1) hour but could take as long as twenty-four (24) hours to complete. Once your order has been processed we will send you a confirmation email using the email address you provided on our order form.
This email will serve as your electronic purchase receipt and will contain the information you need to access our product downloads.
Downloads from our servers are closely monitored to ensure you are able to successfully access our products. While we are flexible and allow you to complete a reasonable number of downloads we will not tolerate download abuse. We reserve the right to terminate your access to our download servers.
We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download we generally offer no refunds.
If you change your mind about your purchase and you have not downloaded our product, we will happily issue you a refund upon your request.
Refund requests made after you have downloaded our product are handled on a case by case basis and are issued at our sole discretion. Refund requests, if any, must be made within thirty (30) days of your original purchase. Please contact email@example.com
